Internet Presence. In 2019, both salons were new and operating without a website or digital assets. The client’s goals were to develop a website that would rank, attract new customers and engage with their current clientele. They also wanted to fill their stylists calendars…and we did that.
Strategy
When Send It Rising and Twisted Sisters Salons began working together in 2019, our first focus was to build them a website that would drive traffic fast. We implemented booking features and services on their site that consumers couldn’t utilize before, resulting in immediate increases in revenue for both locations. We developed a social media and content production strategy that would help build the brand and provide the salons clientele with rich information that they can connect with.
Results
Twisted Sisters Salons web traffic, rankings and revenue has skyrocketed since the start of their program 1in 2019, helping them to grow their salon and stylists by double. We measured a 273% increase in their website traffic since working with us in 2019. They also saw a 265% increase in conversions/bookings since 2019 and measured over a 1700 rankings increase in Google for their keywords. Now that’s results.
PROBLEM
In 2019, both salons were new and operating without a website or digital assets. They were not receiving the volume of bookings the salons needed to profit, and the stylists were struggling to fill their calendars. The salon was lacking a true local presence and the Google My Business Listings was in need of a revamp.
SOLUTION
When Send It Rising and Twisted Sisters Salons began working together in October 2019, we developed a custom website for them would eventually increase their conversions and bookings by 265%. Their program included:
